So you went to Gmail and got enticed to try "Buzz", which is pretty obviously Google's answer to Facebook. It's not a bad thing, well thought out, but it does come with more switches than a Soviet submarine, so you might find it doing things it "shouldn't"... like posting items from a blog or webpage you've told Google about every 3 hours.

After a bit of searching, I found "How Do I Do Everything in Buzz" @ FastCompany.com. It's a very handy, high-level review of the Buzz features, and more importantly, how to turn them off!

Of particular interest to me was disabling the reposting of my blog posts every three hours.
